PARK(ing) Day
Every third Friday in September we showcase the importance of public space by transforming metered parking spaces into temporary parklets.
This annual event occurs nationwide, and highlights the importance of outdoor gathering spaces. Now, as business and communities adapt to COVID-19 guidelines, safe outdoor areas are more important than ever. Our chapter has developed a kit of parts and diagrams to help volunteers and businesses develop their own parklets. Scroll below for upcoming events and resources.
